Healthy and Tasty Recipes
2 cups water 1 cup well cooked rice 1/2 cup cashew nuts
1/2 cup sesame tahini 3 T yeast flakes 1 T onion powder
1/4 t garlic powder 1/4 t dill 3/4 cup pimientos
2 T lemon juice 1 t salt 1/4 t paprika
Blend all ingredients until smooth. It will thicken when cooked.
½ t cumin
1t garlic powder
1t onion powder
½ t salt
1/2t chicken seasoning (McKays)
Cover and Bake 350 deg. Serve with guacamole, salsa & cilantro
