Classification: Exempt (Professional); Hourly Base Rate
Wage Scale: MAUC Remuneration scale, 59%-102% (see sample below)
Cost of Living: Based on geographic location per ERI; not all locations have a cost of living adjustment

PART-TIME – 50% to 74% of FT (equivalent of 19 to 28 hours a week)
*Starting base salary determined upon verification of denominational credentials issued by the Mid America Union of Seventh-day Adventists.

Uncertified (no credentials) salary range: (59%) $15.84/per hr to (65%) $17.45/per hr
Conditional credential salary range: (69%) $18.52/per hr to (87%) $23.35/per hr
Basic credential salary range: (83%) $22.28/per hr to (87%) $23.35/per hr
Standard credential salary range: (89%) $23.89/per hr to (95%) $25.50/per hr
Professional credential salary range: (93%) $24.96/per hr to (102%) $27.38/ per hr
