The Rocky Mountain Conference Education Department is seeking an organized, service-minded Administrative Assistant to support Adventist education throughout Colorado, Wyoming, and New Mexico. As one of the primary points of contact for the department, you’ll provide exceptional administrative support to principals, head teachers, and the Education leadership team while helping create a welcoming, professional, and mission-focused experience for schools, families, and constituents.

Individuals must be available to work 25 hours per week on an hourly basis. The hourly wage rate is $24.95–$33.40 per hour. Individuals must be a member in good standing of the Seventh-day Adventist Church have the legal right to work in the United States and provide evidence of that right if employed.

Rocky Mountain Conference of Seventh-day Adventists

Description: Glacier View Ranch, part of the Rocky Mountain Conference, is seeking a reliable and well-rounded individual to fill a part-time support staff position. This 28-hour-per-week position provides a variety of support and services to the various operations around the camp property. Duties include janitorial services and maintenance and food service support.

Experience: Individuals must be available to work 28 hours per week on an hourly basis. Wage is based on the Unincorporated Boulder County Minimum Wage with an hourly rate of $16.57 per hour. Individuals must have the legal right to work in the United States and provide evidence of that right if employed.

The Rocky Mountain Conference is seeking Spirit-led pastors who are passionate about discipleship, community engagement, and helping congregations grow in their relationship with Jesus. These appointments are part of a shared ministry within our broader conference family, which includes churches across Colorado, Wyoming, and New Mexico. Our pastors serve in partnership with the conference to support vibrant congregational life, spiritual growth, and community engagement.

Position Title: Pastor

Status:                Full-Time/Part-time, Exempt
Reports To:       Ministerial Director, Rocky Mountain Conference
Base Pay             83% to 102% of NAD Remuneration Factor (Effective July 1, 2026)
$58,212 – $71,520 per year (full-time) + cost of living based on location
$29,112 to $35,772 per year (part-time) + cost of living based on location.

Position Summary

The Pastor provides spiritual leadership, pastoral care, preaching, teaching, and administrative oversight for a local congregation. This role is rooted in a calling to shepherd God’s people, nurture discipleship, and equip the church for mission and service in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide weekly preaching and worship leadership.
  • Offer pastoral care, visitation, and spiritual support to members and families.
  • Lead and develop discipleship, outreach, and ministry programs.
  • Work collaboratively with church boards, lay leaders, and conference leadership.
  • Support church growth, community engagement, and evangelistic outreach.
  • Administer sacraments/ordinances in alignment with denominational practice.
  • Maintain ongoing professional and spiritual development.

Qualifications

  • Ordained or eligible for ordination within the denomination
  • Commitment to the mission, values, and theology of the Seventh-day Adventist Denomination
  • Demonstrated pastoral leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, relational, and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead in both small and growing congregational contexts.
  • Clear sense of calling to pastoral ministry.
