Job Summary: The Planned Giving and Trust Services Department at the Rocky Mountain Conference office is seeking a part-time administrative assistant to provide administrative support to ensure the department operates in compliance with General Conference requirements and accreditation standards. Description: Fort Collins Christian School (FCCS) is a Seventh-day Adventist preschool-8th grade school in Fort Collins, Colorado. FCCS is seeking a School Support Services Assistant that will support general functions across Preschool and K–8 classrooms for 18 hours per week from August 1, 2025, through May 31, 2026. This part-time position contributes to the overall effectiveness of the school by assisting teachers, supervising students, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and supporting daily operational needs.
Experience: The candidate should be a member of the Seventh-day Adventist, have a heart for children, and a commitment to Christian Education. Candidates must be flexible and willing to assist with a variety of tasks with strong communication and teamwork skills.
They must also be able to meet Colorado Department of Early Childhood requirements including passing a background check / CBI and willing to complete required ECE training and certification to assist with the Preschool program.
The hourly rate of pay is $15.58 to $21.09 per hour (Community Wage Rates). Individuals must have the legal right to live and work in the United States and provide evidence of that right if employed.
