The holiday season is upon us, and the gift giving aspect is ramping up. But more important than the gifts we give to one another are the gifts that come from God!
It seems from Scripture that when a person is baptized, there are gifts that God gives. These gifts are known as Spiritual Gifts and those gifts are to be used to help others know Jesus better. I believe that every person has been given gifts from God, but unfortunately, many people either don’t know about this or don’t know what to do with the gifts that God has given.

The community outreach this month is Operation Christmas Child! They are aiming to pack 30 boxes (15 for boys, 15 for girls) for kids ages 5–9. Please bring only the filler items listed in the links found in our bio or QR code to help complete each package.
During vespers, they will host a packing party—some will assemble boxes, others will write cards, and we’ll pray over every package before sending them off.
As always, the potluck is open to everyone! They plan for about 30 people. Dishes should be vegetarian, but bringing food is completely voluntary.
