Ordination services held » Ordination services went very well last weekend for Elders Harold Alomia (top) and Ruddy Vivanco (bottom). Both were Spirit-filled with many family and friends present. Both of these pastors are a blessing to their churches and are making a real difference for the Lord. Rocky Mountain Conference is blessed to have them on our team!

On the road » This Sabbath, my wife, Diane, and I will worship with the Longmont Church in Colorado. On Sunday, we leave for the Mid-America Union Presidents Council. Next weekend is Eden Valley’s 50-year celebration weekend with guest speaker, Shawn Boonstra. Diane and I plan to attend and support this institution as they remember God’s blessings in their ministry journey.
On a personal note, I want to say how honored Diane and I are to serve here in the Rocky Mountain Conference. I want to say “thank you” to the delegates who graciously have given us the privilege of continuing to serve the next five years in this territory. It has been a joy so far in our journey here, and know it will continue to be in the days to come. I want to say a special “thank you” to the whole office staff who worked tirelessly leading up to and on the day of the Constituency Session. I’m delighted to be able to work with George Crumley and Eric Nelson who also were re-elected at the Session. As a conference, we have much to be excited about as we work together for our Savior.
Happy Sabbath to each one!
Pastor Gary Thurber
