1st TLT Training a HUGE success!

Saturday, January 20, 2007 kicked off to a great start.

The day was full of training for both TLTs and Pathfinder Directors and staff. We started off with a wonderful lunch consisting of haystacks and cake. While we finished up with that, the training began. The information that we went over was helpful to everyone who attended. The training lasted two hours and thirty minutes. Although it seems like such a sort time to go over such important information, we were able to cover everything. Many suggestions were thrown out such as allowing for TLTs to become a part of the staff meetings. Also, allowing them to take over in teaching honors and leading out in worship. TLTs are here for a purpose, to take over a responsibility in the club that they might learn how to become Pathfinder Directors and Master Guides. This is in order to insure that the Pathfinder ministry can and will continue. We had 33 teens and 13 staff show up to the training event. The day was long and tiring, but in the end we all left having gained something new.
