Hiring Auxiliary Personnel


If your local school or church is hiring auxiliary personnel, please keep the following in mind:

  1. Each employee needs to fill out a RMC Auxiliary Personnel Employment Packet. Current packets have the current year listed in the top right corner of each packet. If there is not a current year listed, contact Danielle Toddy in Administration to request a new packet (303.282.3610, 800.254.9687, ext. 1610, danielletoddy@rmcsda.com)
  2. We need original copies mailed back to the conference office. We cannot accept faxes (time sheets can be faxed (303.733.1843) each month to the attention of Gerard).
  3. Auxiliary employees who anticipate working 19 or more hours per week for at least 5 months qualify to participate in the retirement benefits program through VALIC. Please contact Danielle in Administration for an enrollment packet.


Although we need to mail you the actual employment packet, below are several forms that should be helpful to you with your auxiliary personnel.
