Continuing update on ExCom and Taskforce discussions

The S Curve is a pattern from which no organization is exempt.

Why is the Executive Committee engaged in this important process of listening to the constituency? Why is administration willing to take risks?
The answer is simple, 85% of the Executive Committee and a high majority of the Taskforces identified our current position on the S curve
as

five, (5) or in a downward spiral. This vital understanding indicates the need for definitive action and a road map for moving to stage 6 on a whole new S curve.

Over the next few weeks we will be placing the tabulated information from the taskforces and the Executive Committee so everyone can read and join the journey together. We are very diverse conference with a multitude of opinions and ideas as to where we ought to go next.

Your Executive Committee is attempting to move forward carefully.
