If Jesus is the leader, then there is no possibility of failure.
Here are a few principles of leadership:
If you expect to lead, you must be held accountable!
If you expect to lead, you must be willing to keep growing!
If you expect to lead, you must be willing to follow Him!
If you expect to lead, you must know where you are leading people. "Back to an intimate relationship with Him!"
If you expect to lead, you must be willing to be criticized!
Welcome!
The Rocky Mountain Conference office exists to find, train, empower, and hold accountable leaders who are growing healthy, discipling churches.
This series of DVD's will prepare an individual to understand better how to share the good news of the Seventh-day Adventist church, and how to create a friendship with others.

Gary F. Thurber is the new president of the Rocky Mountain Conference, having accepted the invitation of delegates at their June 7 Triennial Constituency Session. With a majority vote of 74 percent, they followed the recommendation of the Rocky Mountain Conference nominating committee.
Delegates also reelected vice presidents Eric Nelson for administration and Rick Roy for finance.
Outgoing president Jim Brauer received enthusiastic appreciation from delegates for his 14 years of faithful and visionary leadership. To close the session, delegates swarmed in a circle of affirmation and intercession around Elder Brauer as he leaves them and considers opportunities for his next leadership position.
