Wage Scale:                                         MAUC Remuneration scale, 59%-102% (see sample below)

Cost of Living:                                     Based on geographic location per ERI; not all locations have a cost of living adjustment

Uncertified (no credentials) salary range: (59%) $2,794.00/month to (65%) 3,078.00/month

Conditional credential salary range: (69%) $3,268.00/month to (87%) $4,120.00/month

Basic credential salary range: (83%) $3,930.00/month to (87%) $4,120.00/month

Standard credential salary range: (89%) $4,215.00/month to (95%) $4,499.00/month

Professional credential salary range: (93%) $4,404.00/month to (102%) $4,830.00/month

Above rates effective 07/01/2023 for teachers with 0 to 8 years of experience.

Uncertified (no credentials) salary range: (59%) $2,858.00/month to (65%) 3,148.00/month

Conditional credential salary range: (69%) $3,342.00/month to (87%) $4,214.00/month

Basic credential salary range: (83%) $4,020.00/month to (87%) $4,214.00/month

Standard credential salary range: (89%) $4,311.00/month to (95%) $4,601.00/month

Professional credential salary range: (93%) $4,504.00/month to (102%) $4,940.00/month

Above rates effective 07/01/2023 for teachers with 9 + years of experience.

A Cost of Living Adjustment is available based on location.
